Asti, September 15, 2026 – Banca di Asti announces that today Chairman Maurizio Rasero submitted his irrevocable resignation from the position of Chairman to the Board of Directors.

Chairman Rasero will remain in office and continue to perform his duties until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting convened to appoint the new Chairman, thereby ensuring full continuity in the Bank’s governance.

The date of the Shareholders’ Meeting will be determined and communicated in accordance with the procedures and timeframes established by applicable regulations and the Bank’s Articles of Association.
